This route will be subject to some changes.

Aid Stations

There will be at least 1 x Aid Station on the Brighton Trail 10k route, which will be fully stocked with water, energy gels and a variety of sweets.

We will have provision for everyone’s requirements including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. (We’ll be announcing our nutrition partners soon, so plenty of time to experiment with what works for you).

Although you won’t want to hang about, our Aid Station will be an opportunity for you to take a breather and take on board some nutrition before setting off again.

Signage and way-finding

The course will be fully way-marked with GPX files available for download.

Marshalls and first aid will also be located across the route, providing friendly support to help you complete your 10k.

Toilets will be positioned at the start and finish.

Cheer points

There will be several places on the course where you can expect to feel the love! Spectators will be able to access some points on the route, and where they can’t, our team will be providing the motivation. More info will be provided soon.
